First print issues (noob)
#1
I just got the Elegoo Saturn, and setup the printer. (3d resin printer noob)

I printed with the standard settings, and ran into a few issues.
  • On the base of one it didn't seem to attach, I assume it was because the bed was not level enough.
  • The bigger issue is i noticed some layers splitting on both prints on both sides.
  • I also noticed the base was a bit discolored, and pale looking.
I'm hoping someone more experienced with 3d printers can give me a little advice.

I would recommend leveling your print plate then re-slicing the files in Chitubox rotated 45 degrees on the X and Y axis then add supports. You can download the rook file here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3962430
Rotating 45 degrees on the X and Y axis is a thing I always do and it greatly improves print quality.
