Resin tank-screws slow
#1
Sad
Good evening,
I had to replace the fep, but two resin tank screws remain slow, they can't be tightened. Can this affect the watertight?
Could I put a drop of cyanoacrylate glue in the thread? Sad

Thanks!

Is your vat the Gen1 or Gen2?

Gen1 has the single metal ring holding the fep in place, if so, so replace those screws with longer ones as they are threaded deeper Smile

Gen 2 , a small screw of the second ring and a large one of the first.

For the m3, should be okay, but the larger one that adheres the ring to the vat, perhaps replace that with a longer screw so it will catch threads and tighten.

I explained the problem to the ELEGOO SERVICE and they are sending me a new resin tank complete with screws. Smile
