news from the lab:

8.5 V to the input of the DC/DC: UV-Led off
12.1 V to the input: UV-Led on

that looks like your DC/DC is pass away

without a diagram of the pcb and the part-description it's a hard job.
there are some DC/DC-converts for UV-Led at Ali... - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32956928614.html -
but without the specs for the Elegoo-Leds its a risk (worst case is to grill the Led's)

best solution is to contact Elegoo-support

there are some DC/DC-converts on Amazon 150 W DC DC converter

i think

it turns the LED off under 10 V input from Mainboard
MB Output 8,5 V and 12 V on Curing

Original output to :
LED are 25 V and 2,4 A

can i use it ?

as i know, the driver in the Elegoo is not a simple DC/DC.
looks like an "current driver" that feeds the led's with a constant current.
(have a look on the description in the ali**-link)

i think the 8.5 V are for preheating the LEDs befor it tuns on.

I send the scrap back and buy
with a ssecond Anycubic Photo works at least when you get it and doesn't need to tinker and measure, and wait for parts forever.
