Thank you for providing this forum! When I initially understood that customer support was provided via the Facebook page I was a little hesitant to buy the printer since I’m not on Facebook. I’m glad I did—I really like it! I’m completely new to 3D printing and appreciate all the help I can get. By providing this forum you are making me a lot more comfortable with the purchase.
