Gcode is an unknown file format

Hey everyone first time posting here, so I haven't been able to print any gcode file, for some reason, it says unknown file format. Does anyone have an idea why this is?

I'm trying to print gcode to unlock the "set zero=0" to fix the first squished/missing layers of two different Elegoo Mars machines and they both can't print any gcode.

AFAIK the Mars printers only print G_Code they understand, like the modifications in the included ChiTu Mainboard SpecificationV3.0.9.gcode and Machine parameters.gcode files.

Also, I do not believe the "Z=0" function is disabled. In my email exchanges with Elegoo support (read my post here) they never mentioned it not being enabled.
