getting a rift like lip on the bottom of my prints

hey

 any one know why or how to stop getting a raft like lip or layer on base of my prints picture attached show what i mean it some thing for working but either had to sand the base layer away or file it away and get knife in the small gap under the write as I tried doing this support to lift off plate it stopped the layer  lip on the bottom but didn't really get good enough placement of support and got some fail prints

but seem get that lip on every thing i print up on the plate even rooks had it 

is it a  chitubox setting?

   
   
   

any help to stop this happen as just making for finish time as i broken few due to sanding the back to much already

I believe is is an inherent characteristic of the process--the real world is an inherently imperfect place...
