Lasagna!need help

Hello guys I have this problem from yesterday I have try 2 times print this piece but same result...someone know why?

Probably need a little more context. What is the part supposed to look like and how is it mounted to the build plate? It could be poor inter-layer bonding (maybe under-cured), but it is hard to tell what happend without knowing what it was supposed to look like. Failure could be due to supports, layout or maybe print settings.
