USB to Ethernet converter

I've been looking all over the internet trying to find a way to wirelessly send files to my Elegoo Mars printer. I tried using the ethernet hidden behind the backplate method but it turns out I have one of the newer motherboards that lack this feature. So I was wondering if a USB to Ethernet cable converter like this would do the trick. I'm not the most well versed when it comes to computers and software so I apologize if the answer is clear.

The cable to which you referred is a network interface adapter--it would accomplish nothing connected to a USB flash card interface...
