rings printed out in a bigger size?

hello y'all I am fairly new to 3d printing, have been having some pretty good success with prints. I am using power cast burn resin. and as well as ifun resin. it seems though I have a slight problem. the rings I am printing out seem to be growing in size. they seem to be a bigger size than the files are labeled as. has anyone had this problem?

What do the rings look like?
What are their dimensions (both "supposed to be", and "as printed")?
What model printer do you have?
What slicing software are you using?
Where did the files originate (your own design or from some other source)?
