What I wanted vs. what I got

Hello brand new to resin printing and a bit frustrated so far.  I was trying to print the part on the bottom.  What I got was the supports still attached to the build plate and the piece in the middle of the picture in the resin tank.  Using a Saturn printer with Elegoo plant based resin.  What parameters should I be looking at changing?

What exposure times are you using? My first thought it is too short...

Thank you, that was it.  Somebody on the Saturn Facebook group said the same thing.  Last night I tried again, changed the exposure from 2.5 sec to 3.5 sec and it came out perfect.
