Still failing

Ok Replaced the LCD screen and still have failing prints. 
releveled the print bed. have used masking tape, ptfe lube.... Im at a loss. I printed fine for 6 weeks after last screen went in and now I cant print anything successfully

What is the failure mode, holes, "melting", deformation?

To test the entire screen using this 68 x 120 x 2 mm "block", do a dry run "printing" of the block with the vat and platen removed--it will reveal any defects in the entire screen, not just the perimeter:
